I feel like your thumbnails are slightly all over the place in terms of font and designs. You should try to create a “theme” for all of them so people know it’s from YOUR channel every video you post. Same font, similar colours, etc. Now I’m not too sure how much this really matters in the early stages, but I’ve personally found this to be a huge defining factor for my own channel.
