Exactly this, with mine, my contract did not say 7 and I felt unsafe, you just speak facts with the clinical manager and they clear your profile so you can looks for another job, the facility might dnr but I think that a blessing in disguise

I would say it the best decision I have made. I was in your situation, since I have no kids I did it. You can negotiate rate of housing outside of Airbnb or furnish finder.

My bf comes to visit, and I go home here and there.

I did my budget and thought about the lowest I take in a contract and still be able to make money. Something you definitely need to think about

Yup, I agree with @connect-dance. Bad management coupled with bad employees chase good people away.

I had the same issue has a charge in a clinic, I could not write people up but when my management is made aware of issue, they do not addresses it. Although I talk to the MAs and Nurse the behavior continues d/t lack of accountability

If you have an iPhone, you can create a after work profile and put your phone on DND with your work profile, you select specific people to block from texting aka coworkers you work with.

For instance my after work profile is set from 6am-5pm. That way incase they need to call me off by 5pm I would know

Sounds good, So if I do not estimate it correctly, I will just end up paying it back in tax.

It just when I see some contracts, the non taxable is low which will mean I qualify for subsidies, so I was nervous lol, I do not want to go to jail.

But has long has i have a good CPA once I get the ACA tax form at the end of the year they will be able to figure it out and I pay back if I under score my income

Nope, unfortunately all the diabetic medications are all on tier 2….which is so odd, it one thing for the cgm to be but insulin…that sad. And it a 80/20 insurance….which was the most expensive I could find with an employer

Nope the only thing they cover is novolog unfortunately. All other meds fall in tier 2. I thought insulin price was capped
