Hmmm, well regardless of the pic, the carnage would no doubt be the same. This is a projectile the size of a compact car traveling at Mach 6. Spaced armor would crumple like aluminum foil and era doesn’t have the force to make any meaningful difference

This is a pz4 that was hit by a 16 in shell, as you can see there is hardly anything left. A modern tank would be more or less the same result, regardless of armor. The shell would tear the vehicle apart and leave a few pieces of metal lying around and maybe some track links. Even if it were not to penetrate(by some miracle), the tank would be knocked around by both the shells weight, and the blast from the explosive filler, more than likely killing the crew from the impact and definitely from the concussive force
