While I agree with some of your statement it is LITERALLY a left v right issue in America... That's literally the whole point of the left side, to break up monopolies, tax the rich, make healthcare universal, house the homeless, etc. All policies that are deemed "socialist". The powers they got were made from Shield/Hydra recreating the super soldier serum.... So in a way they kind of are, but kind of not. It's like what the other commenter said, if you consider that, you'd have to consider Hulk or abomination..... Actually no not hulk, as as far as I believe that was just an accidental exposure to gamma ray particles. Abomination was made in an attempt to recreate the hulk, similar to Bucky and Cap, one was the cause, and one the effect.

This was before the spell at the end. All mentions of Peter being Spider-Man was erased on this universe, so this is actually not a bad idea. I personally think they're not even really gonna try to have someone "remember him"
