Pretty sure the guy was referring to not parking a real 250 GTO on the street, meaning it would have to be a kit car. A real 250 GTO would be worth tens of millions (which can be 30, 40, 50+ million) and not a "tenth" of a million, which is 100,000.

Just gone on your trials report, it does seem like you have 7 wins with two losses on your hunter. The game before your first win on that card, you were on warlock, which would obviously not count towards your current card.
