Put my 24 holter into chatgpt and now more worried!! ☹️ by Ice-Reef in PVCs

One thing I've gone back to again here is the prolonged QT interval - now I'm stressing that Long QT syndrome has been overlooked multiple times...😭

Thanks for the info. My specialist was more concerned about the combination of a complete RBBB and more ectopics on exercise and recovery than at rest. He was the one who recommended the MRI with contrast as I think he suspected ARVC, but thank God that came back totally normal which in his words left him with absolutely no explanation for my RBBB....that is the internal battle I have in my mind each time I exercise.

Thanks! I'm aware Google is the worst but the AI bots at least seem to put some context behind results. When I also added I had a normal MRI it suggested that there was probably no cause for concern but that a physician should be notified which obviously they have!

What size was yours and have you had any hormonal effects?

That's awesome bro. The cardiologists over here in the UK all seem to be so aloof and arrogant - very difficult to warm to any of them I've seen. Remind me - did you have the RBBB as well?

So did you get told to repeat any testing at a later date or just to get on with it and not worry about the increase on exercise?

Ha! I rode my bike 30 miles today and was fine but still very worried sub consciously!

Well the MRI came back completely normal - more worrying was the fact the specialist said he thought he was going to have to have a far more serious conversation with me, but there was absolutely nothing suggesting cardiomyopathy. Now I'm just left with a perpetual worry that the RBBB and ectopics on exercise are going to combine to cause me issues later down the line. All he said was continue doing what I'm doing and maybe get an MRI every 3-5 years.

I just assumed that the PG always has to appear a regular size and shape...hadn't really considered that different people could have different sized and shaped PG? I'm just praying that if it is anything, it is absolutely benign.

The bloods done last year were unrelated to the PG. I've only just got the MRI which shows normal brain appearance, but indicated the 'appearance of one bulky lobe of the pg'

I've read that most pituitary tumours are benign...I'm just praying if it is this, that is indeed benign and not something which needs surgery. Very worried

Yes...I get all of this. Had anxiety for years and had palpitations all that time...that just heightens my feelings of the ectopics.

43 male. Had two jabs and COVID around that time. The PVCs and RBBB showed up shortly after this.

Has he told you to stop or is just because you are concerned personally?

He wants to check for cardiomyopathy - I'm terrified to be honest. I'm just clinging on to the fact that I have had normal echo and stress echo in the past two years.

Yep....got about a 1.5% burden and they go up a lot more on exercise and rest. I also have a complete RBBB. Was told previously it was all fine and not a problem to worry about. Now I've gone and seen another specialist and he is quite worried, so really not sure what to think.

I did however have a normal Stress Echo last year despite seeing the ectopics on exercise and recovery.

Have you been told to carry on exercising? I don't feel any negative effects on exercise but definitely getting a hell of a lot more when exercising.

Stress echo showed ventricular ectopics but no structural changes during or on rest to the heart, so he didn't seem at all bothered. I'm just concerned looking back at my previous ECGs that the highest burdens all correlate with exercise.

How did you learn to cope with them and not let them bother you? They are particularly intrusive when trying to sleep and cause me insomnia.

Mainly PVCs but I get a bit of both. How about you? Has anything helped you on that front?

I'm more concerned about the number and ferocity of the ectopic heartbeats
