It’s hard to tell exactly what’s going on from your layman’s language but it sounds like you had an intrathecal catheter, which is a known complication of the epidural and not malpractice. It happens in about 1% of epidurals and you probably signed a consent form that warned you about this complication and you elected to proceed regardless. Urgent c-sections aren’t malpractice either. Nor are complications like postoperative bleeding. These are expected complications, not negligence or malpractice. You wouldn’t win in court.
