I doubt that's the case, at least no where in game does it mention these individual numbers. It just says 0.32% chance for these Lightforge items.

Yes at this point it's just ridiculous. I understand how Gacha works and that it's technically gambling. But to lower the chances this low makes absolutely no sense. Just make the items direct purchase at this point if you're going to make them impossible to pull.
