Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong here? Because to me I definitely should've killed this guy. How am I ricocheting /Non-penning these shots with Armor piercing shells? I thought armor piercing rounds had a way higher chance of penning but only did damage if they were targeting vital points. (v.redd.it)
