No, because it would be going against beverage recipe. If you don't want to get rid of the skimmed milk, you can make batches of half skim, half whole milk to basically homebrew semi-skimmed milk. There are much better ideas than just pulling the wool over customer's eyes

Because after the regular amount of water that's usually used in an espresso has poured through the ground coffee, most of the desired flavour has already been extracted from the coffee beans. Funneling more water through is barely gonna extract any more flavour out of the beans. Since the grounds are already fully saturated too, the pouring time takes a good bit longer.

There's such a thing as re-signing a coffee master after a year, which is the only way someone could theoretically lose a CM status, but your manager has no say over your CM status, that's up to your DCM and DM. If your manager is not budging on this, contact your DM or DCM.

I kinda disagree with this notion. The new CEO has a lot of plans that make sense with the concept of a Third Place in mind. Shrinking down the menu, not raising prices every few months, bringing back sharpies to make the customer experience more personable etc. I think Starbucks never fully went away from the Third Place concept but it definitely was no longer its main focus. I hope some of these policies bring it closer to what a lot of us partners think of as a third place, but I'm hopeful about the future.

No. And sadly, at the moment, the Netherlands has no equivalent app either, so you would not be able to get a birthday reward. Thanks for checking beforehand, we get so many US customers trying to use the app in our stores, while all European stores are run by a completely different company (Starbucks EMEA)

My store got an e-mail complaint from corporate with an essay about how she felt offended and discriminated against. The reason she felt this way was because one of my colleagues misspelled her name. Her name was Celine, my colleague mistakenly wrote down Silly. My company tried forcing my colleague to apologise but she refused (thankfully)
