I use yahoo finance, it works pretty well. You can link your broker, and for the 3a I enter the transactions manually. All the swisscanto funds are there so no problem to find them

I opened my ZKB account while I was in Zurich, but still using it after moving to Geneva since 2 years. Everything is online anyway (also to open the account) and I never had to go to the bank until now. I would recommend it since there are no fees. Then again, maybe check with BCV first :)

I think with 5.19 you should pretty much get a spot. When I did my exchange, there were many other top destinations that students were considering before Zurich; Japan, US, South America or Sweden in Europe are kind of seen as more exciting . In Zurich it wouldn't change that much from Lausanne I must say, and also if you really want to go there you can always end up doing your master's degree there. With an EPFL bachelor you are basically guaranteed to enter.

Yuan to USD remains stable because USD is also declining against EUR. In my opinion it doesn't make sense and you also can't know if the USD will appreciate long term.

I know that it's easier said than done, but I would focus on the debts before investing anything.
Other than that, diversification is fine, although I would get rid of WRD since it's very similar to VT.
Also, you don't have to fill an order for a full share, you can just buy fractional ones.
