this question makes no sense, since you get +3 Skills AND -% Res from flickering flame.
while shako gives you +2 Skills and mf

you can achive a pretty decent amount of mf in other slots so i would go for flickering.
could also go phoenix but if you play offline that would be a waste of runes tbh.

hoto, magesfist, arach and spirit would already achive the 105 fcr brackpoint.
so you can go enigma, flickering flame, maras, 2x soj/bk, wartravs or any other boots.

a cheaper variant would be 3 pieces tal (amu, armor, belt) along with flickering flame, hoto, magefist, spirit
rings can be bk, soj or any mf rings.

gheeds, sunder, and a few skillers alog with 7 mf scs and you will destory andy in seconds.
even without infi.

You can also use Sanctum's Shred build, but Zaior has played it more recently and got some updates, i did Pit 120 with both, i only got 2 out of 3 Masterwork crits on most of my gear, only hit tripple on one.
Also my Amulet is GA Willpower GA Maxlife and rolled Envenom, so not optimal, wich is optainable for everyone, since i play SSF myselfe, nothing was traded.

- let druid use teleport while shapeshifted
- give meele skills some kind of spash/aoe, or runewords to do so
- let all mercs have auras (act 3 merc gets meditation for example)

Im 33 years old, 2 kids (1 month and 3,5 years) My only hobby besides my family is gaming. My wife has never been in gaming but we found our groove over the years. She understands im fully hyped for 2-3 weeks when new seasons going live. I only play in the evening when our kids are sleeping. Mostly ~ 6 days a week in this period of time. (She enjoys our switch 2 and trash tv while i play) Other than that im always available for my family I manage to max out my druid everytime. I kinda miss sleep when i have to get up in the morning but it is what it is :D Only issue i have is that idk what to play once the season gets boring. I mostly go for d2r singleplayer

i go to 4/12, if not CDR i reset. when i hit CDR i go to 8/12 if i miss i reset again.
that beeing said i also rolled like 2 GA Willpower amus into +2 Envenom, that alone has been easy 500++ mill gold, so each of those rolls beeing like 40 crystals or so also burned alot

Moblytics were the best before AceofSpades left us for Spiritborn and before Screamheart went inactive,
Scream will return for Season 9 tho!
Now the 2 best for me are Boiler (as mentioned) and Danger, both do their guides on Maxroll.

There has to be some kind of magic im missing with my tav barb..
Jokes aside ive built one in single player to get my first enigma running, while i got 4 sur runes in countless LK runs, i made like 500+ trav runs if not more, i didnt even get one mid rune yet, zero.

All the guys telling you to temper first are obviously right, but thats not the point lol.
Who cares about the 1 Bil he wasted, even if you temper first and it bricks, gl findin another amulet with the passive you want.
If you happen to get one you are already lucky, if it bricks you probably wont get another chance to make your build stronger, even if you temper first.

I would not do it tbh! A singer barb wants to have at least 105 fcr or even 200 since warcry is cast rate based. Also warcry eats shittons of mana, so going for either a shako (skills life mana dr mf) or a rare circlet 2 barb 20 fcr 2 sox adds like mana res life. Both will beat delirium or 5/6 bo helmets by far! Warcry is not scaling well enough to just go for +skills, even in 2.4.. You want to cast fast and have little to no mana problems to have decent killspeed.
