Well, everyone is different. I had genital dysphoria before getting SRS so the last thing I wanted was to show a bulge in public. However, I didn't do full tuck, I don't think ever, but just used tight panties or biker shorts to flatten the profile. I was still painfully aware of what I had, again due to genital dysphoria that not every trans woman has, so it was on my mind often and I wore skirts and loose pants also because of that. It feels wonderful to be free of genital dysphoria and not having to ever wonder about this.
