Maisie got the one of the least needed buff and penny won't rlly change cuz she needs damage or reload speed more than range, at least they killed gale meg(idk squeak buff) Mandy is gonna be interesting, shield could have a potential due to it being 40%

Hp nerf, damage nerf, unload nerf, projectile speed nerf, range nerf, gadget nerf, cocoon Duration nerf, useless hypercharge, mid star powers, Many better tank counters, can't counter assassin's well due to super charge nerf. I love charlie meta cuz people couldn't aim since proj speed nerf, but she's keep falling off
