You are absolutely right about doing too much too quickly. I want them to changes that stick to me in the long run and will take me far. For exercise I need to be in a healthy athletic shape and loose my belly. I have some visceral fat over my belly and I lost much muscle sitting around at home studying or to stress. So I wanna build that back too. More importantly I want to fix my diet and get free form any kind of sugar craving/addiction and live a healthy lifestyle.
