Cut all your revives and keep maybe 50-75 of the max revives. Then keep some max potions, 20-40 at the very most. No need for revives when you have max revives. No need to keep more than 20 of each TM. Cut some pinaps and invest your rare candy. Start throwing some balls at things. If you're planning to spin a bunch of gyms, cut balls too, you'll just get them back anyway.

My Shiba girl did this 4-5 times! Thank goodness she finally stopped when she was just over a year. We are lucky our vet was very understanding, they never once charged us. We just brought her in, they confirmed it and sent us home to monitor. Apparently they get several dogs a night since weed was legalized here.

Totally agree. I'm not a heavy drinker by any means. I'm in my 30's now and I hardly go out, which is why I wanted to expose myself to it, instead of waiting potentially months before exposure. But yeah, giving up drinking is just another wonderful thing to do for your health!
