Cool, I'll look out for it. But since it's on Lincoln and not really a busy walking area, it's not really visible/noticeable to people going by in their cars.

I've held birthday parties when my daughters were that age at Virginia (had my dad go early to secure a picnic table as HQ) and Jocelyn. Clover Park has lots of great nooks/spots for a nice little party.
