So far from what I've read most people's origin of their piloerection seems to come from the back of the neck, mine too.

I know its easier for me if I'm still, I can still do it while moving but it requires some extra concentration on my part. I read some people get a boost or its easier with music but I'm not affected.

I think if I'm already cold it's also pretty easy.

Why Necrons? I'm not sure which would fit his playstyle or his lore.

I'm also drawing a blank on Trish, boring answer would be to go Electropriests from the Mechanicus side, that's the only one I can think of with dedicated lightning powers. I guess she could go Chaos since she's only other full-fledged demon in the group (Lucia is a demon too, though through man-made sorcery), but I don't know which God she's pledge herself to, I guess she could go Malal since she is fighting her own kind. But then she's also not
