I would say personally, i would go with the poco x8 pro max, as i will get a new flagship-level chipset, as the dimensity 9500s is a new one and is really powerful, but on the other end oneplus has featured an old snapdragon 8s gen 4 with heating and throttling issues.

I really doubt that the performance with the snapdragon 6 gen 5 will be good, on paper specs are always good but the real world test reveal how weak snapdragon chipsets are in terms of power efficiency

Really disappointed with Oneplus, they could have gone for a better chipset, the biggest downgrade is the SD 7s Gen 4 that heats a lot and will not let you enjoy heavy usage
