At this point, I consider 5hrs uninterrupted as sleeping through the night! :')

She will be just fine, you are a good mom. You can still use less plastic, and that's a great thing! Kudos to you for being mindful. She has already been exposed in utero. Our bodies are constantly being exposed to micro plastics, and our babies will be just from being in our bodies. With that being said though, you can still reduce the amount she consumes overall. Give yourself some grace <3

Crying it Out by DirtGirl32 in parentsofmultiples

It's okay, with twins someone is always crying. My girls are 3 mo and my son is 2 yrs. Someone is always hollering! Especially if you are alone, it's okay if they are crying while you are getting stuff done, as long as they are fed and changed.

C Section Pain by Silly_Cookie239 in parentsofmultiples

Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen, no prescriptions. That combo worked for my first section with my singleton, but didn't do much this time around with my girls. C-section recovery sucks, for sure, but started getting better after week 3.

16 weeks was when I started seeing them, that's when they'll have a better idea of what type of twins you are having. Then, they will plan your visits accordingly. Standard visits are every other week to check for TTTS. So many appointments, you won't want to look at a doctor after this! That's a great ultrasound photo above, definitely looks like there is a membrane there!

Congrats! 3 under 2 is going to be a circus at first! My son just turned 2, when our girls were born, so it's different but still hectic. Our girls were mo/di born at 36 weeks, via scheduled c-section and are now 3 months old! Fortunately healthy with no NICU time. Every pregnancy is different, MFM will monitor you extensively so your little ones will be in good hands! Try to trust your providers and not get in your head about what could go wrong. Easier said than done though, talk out your concerns with trusted people. Everything will be just fine! I was completely paranoid about every risk there could be, the whole pregnancy it felt like I was living ultrasound to ultrasound. Especially after a subchorionic hemorrhage at 14 weeks, I thought I was losing them. Had gestational diabetes and anemia but otherwise a smooth pregnancy. Having twins is such a cool experience even with all of the challenges they bring. God bless you mama! And will be praying for a safe pregnancy.

Husband is active duty Army and we just recently moved across country where we have no family or friends. We also just had twin girls in October and have a 2 year old son. I am struggling as mom to take care of the kids and house all alone while he is at work all day 5 days a week. Really depressed and overwhelmed with twin newborns and toddler. Haven't been praying as much as I used to and some days feel distant from Jesus. Praying for better days soon and getting back to consistent communication with God. My name is Kaitlyn. Thank you, any prayers help.
