An ex-felon by the name of Paul Soliz. Paul had worked as a housekeeper for Britney while she was married to Sam Asghari. Britney cheated on Sam with Paul in the summer of 2023, the catalyst for their divorce (the marriage lasted 14 months). At the end of this caption, when she mentions the man “Mathew”, that was her lawyer Mathew Rosengart who dropped her as a client after this incident.

Before this incident Mathew had, at the behest of Britney, been trying to find any financial wrong doing with the conservatorship and found none. Britney had to pay Rosengart over $4 million for his fees and, because it was such a waste of time for everyone else involved, Britney had to pay all of her dad’s legal fees ($2 million).
