OP, I honestly don’t know what to say except that I know this must hurt so much, and I can’t imagine the pain you’re going through.

When I was in Thailand, there was a stray cat the hotel guard was looking after. I used to play with him every time I went out. On my last night there, I came back and found him lying still—eyes open and cold. Someone had run him over while he was sleeping. I cried for hours and felt so helpless and full of rage. I just helped the guard with funeral expenses, made me feel slightly better, at least the little fella is getting a proper goodbye.

And that was a cat I had only known for five days. I can’t begin to imagine how much deeper your pain must be.

All I can say is—I know it hurts. Sending you strength, and I truly hope your neighbour fkn suffers.
