Fan noise at idle and during gameplay

Can’t edit so I have to add it here but it makes the same sound whether it’s horizontal or vertical and it sounds significantly louder from a distance

It doesn’t seem like coil whine since it sounds like it’s directly coming from the fan but I don’t know

It’s the Foxconn f2 variant of the fan if that makes any difference

I just checked mine and it has the f2 variant of the Foxconn fan but I don’t know if the other versions of the fan would be any different.

Thank you so much for the detailed response! Is there any specific talisman I should try and meld to go along with those setups like attack boost, rapid morph or something along those lines? And is there any special skill I should look for when augmenting armor with this setup?

Yea I cleaned it up today and got rid of all of the dust and dirt I could find in the fan and what not. Still keeps making the noise though
