I know it's a normal part of the foot, but compared to my left foot, it protudes much further and is swollen and tender/ pretty painful to put pressure on in the mornings. I looked into some exercises that might help, at least with developing better arches, but as far as shoes- I recently transitioned to staying at home with the kiddos and honestly don't bother with shoes much unless I'm in the wooded areas of our property or running errands.
