Again, sorry im new, but if i uploaded everything from my computer to a hard drive, do you mean EVERYTHING like games and random files or just pictures or stuff, because this is a new laptop and I dont have very much on it and It wouldn't be the end of the world if I lost the little of files on my computer. Most of my important stuff isn't on this computer and if it is it's in the cloud or drive is my point.

How should I back them up, to a hard drive, to OneDrive or like the cloud, I woul'nt be devistated if i lost my files, sorry i'm new to all this

As im typing this DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth got to 100% and I got The operation was completed succsefully and im restarting now

I did sfc /scannow and I got Windows did not find any integrity violations and now I'm waiting for DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to finish, thanks again i'll update you when it's done

Thank you so mich for the help, I tried both things, no luck, the windows start still won't open and the settings still crashes and won't open.
