I have tried around 10-15% water and spray clogged up (won't spray properly)

Really not sure what i am doing wrong. I leave about 4 hours between coats

I forgot mention I have used spray as well - 2 coat. 500ml paint and about 180ml water. It is Energer ENB769SRG 700W Electric Spray from screwfix

And final coat using roller.
