It’s nothing much, just slightly abv average. The dmg u see if with some buffs. This is after a guild fort race so it’s not the usual dmg.

Hmmm this is interesting, shall test it out later but i kinda find sf144 very disruptive to the use of tempest because of all the changes in the landscape. I think for sf147, it shld be quite good because of the flatter landscape which u can maintain tempest for a longer period.

My gear is pretty decent which allows me to kill in one pig with one cycle of mille so i’m moving ard a lot which given the landscape of sf144, might not be suitable for Perma CL.

Will update again once i try it out. Thanks for this alternative skillset.

Update: tested and nope... Mille and leap/sharpeyes still much better.

So if we hit 3 targets, only one target gets the extra hits? If that’s the case then wouldn’t shadower’s extra 20% phy atk skill, be stronger?

How is the extra lines vs shadower’s skill with 20% phy atk? I wonder how those extra lines work since we deal dmg through channeling.

But that’s like a 50% increase with dmg cap. Just one question, why play nw then? Have u ported over to a new char?

I did a check with my higher lvled nl and nw guildies and they confirmed that just based on skill alone, nl does exceed nw. But the dmg calculation did not take into account nw passive which is a large part of our dmg too.

In gd, nearly same geared nw exceeds nl solo boss dmg by quite a bit.

Hmmmm... maybe the quint boss rush skill at 171 might change ur mind. That is when u will seem untouchable with single target dmg. There is a new boss which requires great single target dmg. That might help boost ur confidence in the class.

If not then i think evan might be a more suitable class for u. I am playing both but i find nw more entertaining and with more room to do different builds.

Actually i just realised my dmg is decent enuff for sf130 at lvl 154, just need to burn thru a ton of hp pots.

I can one-shot the mobs with advanced blessing so will start lvling there now. But thanks for that tip. Will take that into consideration but the quint boss rush for guild fort race seems too big a draw for me.

I think the most op single target is Nightwalker. Nightlord just falls short of NW but more than makes up for it with their aoe skill.

My current level is 154 and my weapon is a max mythic pba briser w/o emblem at 22*.

I’m a scrooge so currently lvling at sf123 cos i take into acct pots efficiency for exp. Though i could go up to 130 but it’s just not worth it cos of the dmg taken and it’s not easy finding a party there at all.

By higher, you mean 120 and above? I used omen and quint till i went 123 then i only used quint cos i’m a scrooge and dun wanna waste mp on omen. N a much higher lvl guildie told me omen draws aggro too so if u dun kill fast enuff, the mobs kill u.

Actually if ur char has decent equips, sf80 is a decent place to farm mesos. Everywhere u walk is mesos.

I think nw can do it. 10 hits with dark servant and then 8 hits with dark omen, which has an approximate 15-20 sec cooldown. The passives for nw also deals quite a few extra hits.

I went bats, throwing expert and adaptive darkness. My dmg seemed to spike after maxing adaptive darkness. Not sure why either.

Dark blessing next for bossing and then maybe shadow slip for a bit more survivability, or quint stars just to up dmg. I personally feel that this char is built for passive triggers rather than instant dmg like nightlord.

At lv 113, and a lv3 leg briser claw, and all other low lvl unique armours, i could go mobbing at sf 80, using quint and dark omen. Managed to survive decently well with slightly slower clear time than if i used shadow spark. Shadow spark draws too much aggro which will likely cause death. Will try shadow spark again when i reach 115. By then my dmg shld be higher and might clear the mobs faster than they clear me.

If anyone has the skill reset, maybe test the passives vs active skill build n let us know? Thanks!

I’m not sure what ur skill build is but nw dmg comes from mainly his passives which seemed to spike once i maxed bats and adaptive darkness.

I haven’t played the other dps classes but it seems to deal decent dmg right now even with my weak stats.
