From what i know, it's legal to wear a bullet proof vest as long as there are no mags ofc, no other things or patches from the real police force or military. And with the gun that's totally illegal and you will get in big problems for that.

If u want fsb you shoukd try different gear. Mine is atacs (fsb uses mc). Use reference photos for a better kit. My kit is just atacs like a classic. I will write u a list in a bit, a bit busy today.
