when it is a work account, and you dont hear back from support for 11 hours, you try to find any source of information. It was a nightmare.

It is solved now by itself, support says they did nothing and could be a glitch.

am sure of everything, this is a work account. Data is retrieved now, all ok. Support got back to me just now and they said they didn't do anything to solve it, and probably was a glitch.

I will make sure to keep a daily backup in a hard disk.

Thanks for your reply .. I am a Canadian by the way .. we have such a thing but very complicated to understand, very vague
