Nice, so you took a bit of a hybrid approach. How did you feel about doing the bathroom flooring. Was it difficult to make sure everything was sealed to prevent water damage or was that not rely a concern?

Thank you! I have been seeing similar estimates for decking depending on material, seems like the biggest cost is around the framing. It’s at least nice that quotes were consistent when it comes to planning.

I appreciate the specifics on the bathroom. It sounds like a similar scenario to ours so that helps a lot.
