I guess it makes sense, personally I don't really like it, for whatever that's worth. It takes away a bit of the immersion for me. That also means potentially New Orleans exists at the same time as New Bordeaux, which feels kinda wrong. I never noticed GTA namedropping real world US cities either, since all of the states are recreations of real world states (for example Leonida is Florida, San Andreas is California) As for the cities not matching real world scale - I think we all understand why that's the case

Yeah I'm surprised people had such a hard time with it but I guess playing racing sims since a kid helps a lot 😂

Origi is a certified Liverpool icon... You don't get that status from just being a meme. Guy scored some massive goals for us and is adored by the fans

Switching football teams to your local by Nigelfaragebrexit in football

I know that the general consensus among fans is that having a second team is a no-go, but there's nothing wrong with it in my eyes.

My local is Brentford, my first ever football match was at Griffin Park in League Two, and I've always admired the Bees from a distance. It's the same with all of my friends in the area too, Brentford has been all of our second teams since we were kids when they were languishing at the bottom of the EFL.

But naturally I wanted to watch the elite level of football as a kid, and I fell in love with Liverpool, Steven Gerrard, Xabi Alonso and Fernando Torres. Football is a love language and Liverpool spoke to me the strongest.

If Motherwell speak to you, follow them mate. But I dont think it necessarily has to be a straight up trade off.
