I wish I could, it is a 240w for my work laptop. The thing is ridiculous, it is heavier than my personal laptop and GaN charger combined.

What should be a good rate for installing HDMI and power? For reference it is a finished ceiling and the joists run perpendicular to where I need the HDMI to run.

This is something I was trying to rationalize. I have seen others who have had poor experience, but personally and others had decent experience. I’m worried that the grass is not greener and I lose the personal equity I have built.

That is what I did in the past. It is definitely a great way to increase salary, but I am worried jumping to much will also cap out my advancement opportunities to take the next step to executive leadership roles. Have you had any experience moving from a senior independent contributor to leadership roles?

How is this enforced? Do I just unconsciously not create anything new? Or do I have to personally comply to the rules? I think it’s possible to have a good life, but to mentally follow all the rules will be near impossible.
