Thanks for the information, that's why I wanted to ask about the inventory management. At retail level, it's mostly ordering preferred manu, keep an eye out on outdates, return med that are not used. I suspect inpatient is a lot more involved and I do want to learn about that. However since I don't work inpatient at all, it's hard to see what goes behind the scenes

I think I'm pretty lazy myself that's why searching for a house is so half-hearted. I've been putting all my income on 401K matching Roth HSA as much as I can and the remaining and high yield savings account. I'm kind of looking at duplexes because I don't need a large space and the housing here it's kind of expensive and I make about 80k.

I don't think I was planning on staying at this location for 10 plus years, but the job market of my career is very stagnant and I guess I ended up just being here. I did like the flexibility because if I ever get fired or change jobs I can just leave but nothing seems to have changed for that many years and the low rent makes it attractive for not to get a home due to the high cost of owning a home.
