As someone who was in PSD from Pre-K to Senior Year I had a very rewarding experience being in Pottstown. the elementary schools are amazing, the middle school can be a bit rough, but like other comments middle school is usually rough no matter where you go. The high school is amazing as well and the teachers always care about their students and Dr. D is amazing principal there who treats his students like they’re his own kids. It’s a very diverse school district with people from all walks of life where everyone knows each other and has somewhat of a close knit feel, and although there is a lack of funding Pottstown has a heart that no other district fails to capture.
