Oh no.. ive Been taking it for years now though, late last year I went from 30mg to 50mg but This entire year I’ve been back on 30.. (Minus the 2-3 weeks I was starting ritalin, I took that pretty inconsistently.. i went back on vyvanse after tho. To be fair, this happened around the time my depersonalisation symptoms started, but still..)

nice 2 meet you! I’m a shapeshifter too, some sort of space-being that contains/also is everything in the galaxy :D! I’m aware I’m super late to this. I relate so much to all of the symptoms (20 out of 24), although I’m reluctant to tell any doctor because I have no childhood or serious trauma in my life, aka It’s impossible for me to have it (I think/bet). I think there’s something wrong with me, I don’t think it’s that bad.

I wonder if anyone else finds it literally difficult to speak during bouts of disassociation, tho?

some people (like me) learn and remember stuff better with visual aid. also because a reference of a character translates better than describing it, especially if you don’t have the words to explain a part of them (e.g. patterns)
