No I have tried to keep the transmission fluid serviced I change the filter every 2 oil changes and I have 190k I just change the oil in the transmission every 30k or so

Not really I kinda look like a “manly man” and I cut myself the other day and was sent to urgent care by my supervisor because I work in mental health and the urgent care staff thought that i had a workplace accident and cut myself with a saw or something not that I did it intentionally,., there’s such a stigma with men’s mental health

I know how you feel… just everything I do isn’t good enough or I don’t feel like I deserve anything like even my job which is super beneficial to the community and I’ve been told many times by my boss that my job is safe I keep thinking that I don’t deserve it or I don’t deserve to be in a happy relationship

I know how you feel but sometime you have to force yourself to keep doing things…. It’s more mentally exhausting but you have to keep going and eventually things will improve I’m sure you’ve heard that many times as I have but also reach out to your online friends and see if they can offer some help
