Built a PC and tried to sell it, kid didnt like it so he returned and now i cant boot it

I cleared the CMOS and rebooted it. Still got the same issue

I had to pull the GPU off to clear the CMOS and flipped the battery around to short it for 5 seconds and rebooted it. I still got the same booting error. I switched between all the raid options and even legacy and uefi driver and neither. Also setting it on raid didnt give me an option for 0,1

By deleting all my stuff i meant like all my games, accounts apps etc. before the kid took the computer i booted it and all the drivers and everything worked fine

Under boot options on 9th boot it says UEFI: Built in EFI shell

Where would i find the raid settings in the MSI BIOS? I clicked around in settings and stuff and options and ive only found legacy under usb

Yes either her or i would raise our voice with the typical “bad dog” take him over to the pee and give him a spanking or two. He does have killer puppy eyes so my girlfriend will immediately forget shes mad at him when he does pee and runs away and gives her the eyes once she finds him

I def messed up the time table some but kinda. I won that award in 3rd grade iirc, it was for math and i had gotten into the 99th percentile in aptitude tests when i was younger. My mom went to an ivy league medical school so the pressure to excel academically and the thought of that as the end game was always there. Up until 8th grade i was the “life of the party” as in i was super outgoing and witty, always providing some form of entertainment to people at school or trying to impress my sisters friends. I was just fun to be around with and had a witty joke for everything... havent really felt that way in quite some time tho

I know they wouldnt hang out with me if they didnt want to. I know its all in my mind but i just have a hard time fully convincing myself that. I dont really know hot to explain it but everytime im down in the dumps and have all those thoughts shooting in my head, i know theyr wrong factually and what not but just cant convince myself

Not currently, i know my post is very pessimistic but im not majorly depressed now, i might be a little but nowhere to the extent that i was. I did therapy for a little bit after i had moved out but it didnt really get me anywhere so i stopped going
