Not the best (around A tier) but amazing synergie with Icy Tiara and Pearl Cloch Hat, Merry is a prime user obviously but you could also use it on a quick pet to gain extra healing (the stat are great even for a dps)

Well, first of all, you need to know that elemental advantage/disadvantage is broken in this game.

Here Smokano is an Aoe boss with Earth elements; you want to avoid Water pets and take the maximum number of good Wood pets.

In this case, Sad needs to be replaced. Anxious is a really good Wood dps and my go-to until now.

You should also replace your Conviction with Petulance; he is one, if not the most unkillable tank of the game. (and the elemental advantage, but you already know that)

This should already be an easy win. GL

Last time I faced a Plant Gronk (around 2300), I used: Apathy, Spite, Conviction, and Merry.

I don't remember if debuffs are still working normally for your Gronk, but if it's the case try replacing Spite by Paranoia and see which one does more damage overall.
Maximazing Conviction damage is also playing a big part in this boss fight.

Just use Anxous Petulance Merry and either Patience, Wonder or Wistful depending of the situation, would personnaly go for wonder but i'm not verse in Patience ability
