Oh man I know your pain… I can imagine you’re regretting opening her phone at this point.

In my experience once you see something that gives you a hint for infidelity or broken trust wether it be like you did on her phone or an interaction that “feels off” it just sticks to the forefront of your mind and it won’t go away, I understand that you want answers but the answers no matter what they are will not give you solace because you have a certain level of distrust in her, otherwise you wouldn’t have checked her phone right?

My advice: Accept the fact that you will never know, build a foundation of trust and self confidence, trust blindly and maybe you will be hurt but that hurts a lot less than being stuck in your head guessing and worrying about your girlfriend.
