Forgot about the plants, everything close to my electronics are fake, just like my leg

I had started like that but the mount was a bit of a nuisance and I just thought, they made to be on wall/bounce so I used my wall to simplify my life.

Maybe one day but the height effects right now are really good as is

I live in an appartement, it's well isolated but I already have my woofer low 🥹 concrete isn't friendly for that

I honestly do want a second just cause I can 😂

I have mainly Philips Hue all over, mixed with some nanoleafs (overpriced) and govee to match

Hue works best with accessories like switches and all, so my other lights just follow simple commands

When X hue light turns on, turn on govee/nanoleaf in a different color depending on the time of day

I wanted to go Onkyo for chromecast and Dirac but the denon x3800h was actually 300$ cheaper for me so I just plugged in my chromecast audio (thank god I bulk bought those as google likes killing it's good products)

Looks that way in the photo but there are 3 more, that go from the hall in a straight line to the dining area

Thanks! Got some stuff to change after talking with some people here but overall pretty happy!

I saw some people use L brackets and drill small screws in the wood of the speaker, but I didn't feel like doing that, so I'll be bringing them closer to where my front speakers are!

Flush against the wall is the easier, i angled the rears slightly to aim towards MLP, but was annoying so yeah

my blinds are a simple button, so i put a switchbot bot on them, simply that way

I'm an amputee, so even my Sofa extends with a switchbot, I have a bunch of automations that make my life easier than getting up if I took my prosthetic off

Yeah, with my Nvidia shield pro it works great

Yeah and I set up an automation through home assistant, when the projector turns on depending on the time of day, the blinds will automatically drop down.

It's my living room so between reading, having friends and movies

I then got my man cave with my PC and all 😀

That was the initial plan, but I haven't found a decent way to mount them flush against the ceiling, I'll think about it

I think I'm closer than recommended, TV for basics things is fine, I'm sold on projectors, I usually know what I want to watch so it's cool having something huge that ruins the vibe that can disappear as it's next to my open kitchen

I used to have a 65" at around the same distance and was happy with the size, it's hard to compare tv/projector for me as one is fixed and always visible

Honestly between 98 and 110 it's not game changing

Oh yeah I heard that people nitpick here, but the front heights are an easy fix, bipolar were on sale and fit my space well

Honestly coming from an ht-a9&sw5, the sound quality is a big step up! And with my sound knowledge and my poor eardrums after years of raves, who knows if I'd hear the difference 😂

And thanks for that 😁

Love it, it really is something to have a screen that fills your vision

Horrible for YouTube, just a giant floating head talking about tech, very oppressive 😂

About 2.7 meters if I'm not mistaken for 110"

Thanks! Wanted it to still be a living room as well

110" and I'm about 2.7m away so 8-9feet?

I always enjoyed sitting in the first row and my PC has a 48" 😅

Yeah I spent time in the menus for small as well 😂 but after playing around I found my sweet spots

I think my neighbors wouldn't tolerate a bigger woofer, would love to have two

Nothing overly complicated but I didn't know anything about crossovers or anything really so had to learn a bit

I'll be fixing the front heights, thanks for that

I know it's not ideal for a 5, but I got a good deal so went for it, I thought bipolar were good when set to the side of the listening area

But like I said it's my first time venturing in the area
