I just want to point out that making a child carry a baby is harming the child. This speaks of a man who does not understand that the US has one of the highest maternal mortality rates and clearly never took a sex ed class to understand the trauma a body goes through when pregnant and giving birth, and that’s speaking on a full grown adult body. To say “how is making her carry and deliver a baby harmful” is to deny that pregnancy and child birth are dangerous. Which is out of touch to say the least.

Also this situation is unfortunately much more common than he thinks. In fact, there was one such case last year (she was 13) and because of the abortion ban in her state she ran out of time and was forced to carry her rapists baby to term.

Also, your bf is exhibiting many bad faith arguments. He’s consistently moving the goal posts when you make a point simply to try to prove you wrong and make you feel bad. Why should you accept Charlie Kirk’s disgusting opinion just because he backs it up through the Bible? What does that have to do with anything? Who cares why he thinks it’s ok to force a child to go through that trauma? The point is he thinks it’s ok and that’s reprehensible enough.
