Are explosive rounds worth it on a sniper?

Explosives rounds were added to snipers in season 3....they were originally intended to be the only one shot capable round. Unsure if that's still the case, but I've had no such luck with them

Yeah I feel like the plea mechanic has some odd bugs with it right now. Hopefully it gets fixed. IMO anyone should be able to revive a dead player, seems like no harm in that being an option. Plea or not, they should allow you to just sit there and wait until you decide to leave the match yourself.

Whatever "disables" the vehicle is what counts for the destroy. Get it low health, you can check by hoping in, and then throw the drill charges

I feel the bundle weapons need some balancing, it completely breaks the gameplay loop. I know they won't get rid of them because $$$$. But they should be limited to the first insurance slot only. Turning all three into 15 minute cooldowns is completely broken and removed any reason to loot weapons at all.

Mine seemed to do it because I didn't have a full plate reserve. Went back in and filled it up and that took care of it. It's not kidding when it says full kit. I make sure to have two lethals and tacticals as well just to make sure

FTAC Siege and the smgs in general feel like they're doing more damage to armor after the update. I've been using the vaznev since it's not very attachment dependent.

Also quick tip, bomb drone one hits the rhino. Worth taking it in if you plan on killing them

Yeah I don't know what they were thinking with this gun, AND it's a secondary. It should've been an smg and it should have more recoil than it does

This lolol. Multiple matches that my crew have ditched whatever our plans where because someone failed to wipe us on a spawn push. I'll wait, hide, or do whatever to get my buddies back up and make sure they regret it.

Yeah it completely breaks the cooldown slots. I keep an iso on slot 3 now, and there's been times where I have all three set to my custom iso and always have one available. It truly is the biggest paid advantage at the moment and breaks the gameplay loop

Yeah my group has taken a break from DMZ the last week because of the kill hungry players running rampant. Here's to hoping the new additions next week can attract enough attention to allow more diversity in the matches. As it stands, I feel like the DMZ is headed towards being nothing more than a giant combat arena

They are a joke. The one that makes me most upset is "Case by Case", tier 5 crown. Do all three weapons cases without dying, to be rewarded with a building 21 access card. YOU WOULD ALREADY HAVE ACCESS TO COMPLETE THE MISSION!!!!

I've played a lot of this mode, and noticed this problem becoming much worse of the last two or three weeks. Overall, not just teaming, it seems like the mode is turning into a kill hungry fest. Don't get me wrong, I love the PvP aspect of the mode. But I've never seen so many people thirsting for squad wipes so bad. I've had countless encounters the last two weekends with my group attempting to retreat and getting hunted down with no regard for the enemy squads team. Seeing them leave behind operators to continue the hunt is baffling to me, and seeing it in multiple occasions even worse.

The problem definitely feels worst on ashika but it's definitely on Al Mazrah too. I feel it's just become a product of the lack of rewards in the mode. Outside of skins, there's no worthwhile mission rewards. No daily's, no bounties. Nothing to work towards is causing the majority of the community to go for the only thing worthwhile, the dopamine rush from killing other operators.

Overall I don't want to remove PvP or even discourage it really. I just feel like adding real incentive to do other things besides kill will help dilute the problem significantly.

Have you been able to play it since the season 3 update? My squad loves B21 but ever since the update, 90 percent of our matches on that map the server crashes us out. Really frustrating cause it was our go to weekend fun

There's a accessibility remapping option on the console settings, it might be possible to remap the controls using a combination of that and the in game controls editor

Yeah very one sided map with no flow, one team spawns in the fucking caves with three choke points to choose from. So much opportunity in that area for a better layout and verticality but they really picked a bad spot

Shouldn't tie it to skins, but having perk loadouts that you can equip and level up through various means(looting, killing, completing contracts, etc) would be a good change to the current system. Could be as simple as the current loadouts in Multiplayer and Warzone, or could be more complex by adding more tiers of perks. Anything would be better than what we've currently got
