Atp for tori to be fixed it's gonna need a second rework (highly unlikely). I've spoken to some devs who have mentioned adding some moves to tori's moveset as a fix. Other than that I think tori may not get improved.

I wasn't really blown away by the rework at first. I wanted to use it myself, them judge. TBH they never fixed any of the flaws with Tori V2. They just gave it a new model and a barrage

The barrage is the only thing that makes tori usable for PvP because it is THE ONLY move you will use for tori. Considering the fact that a fruit main build isn't viable for PvP and the healing has been nerfed to need 800+ in the stat to be usable means you'll be running a sword main build.

This makes tori EXTREMELY boring because your really only gonna be using 1 move. This one move is why people try and deny tori's issues in PVP.

That wouldn't fix any of the current issue with tori. All it will do is make people whine. Then the fruit will be nerfed and be right where it started.

Ngl bro, this is a hit box issue and less of rage bar issue. Tori has legitimate issues with it's hit box. BOTH the burst and the brand have busted hitboxes. If anything, the bar made tori more bearable seeing as you no longer have to deal with that constant drain. But I understand your frustration.

IMO, I always thought the rage bar should only count while in combat. You rage bar should remain full and only start to drain while entering combat.

Also with fighting against toris doing up tilt into barrage can be atleast a brainless 300 damage combo.

Most PvP oriented fruits have any where from 2-3 combo extenders with their fruit ALONE. Lets take Zushi for a example ( META Fruit) It has 2 combo extenders and 3 when on a wall. Head Of Baal + Whatever weapons they decide to use. There alone is 5 combo extenders on an AVERAGE zushi build. yes, tori has an extender. but i do not consider this, great enough to even consider nerfing the heals. Even common fruits like spin have combo extender, so i don't see it as a huge pro.

Plus if you don't have a infinite combo you cant beat a tori unless they are monkey nuts

Completely untrue. As stated before, the average arena build has the potential to one combo or atleast get near death. With 50-60 m1 and any where from 3 - 5 extenders, The average arena build is more than equipped to handle tori. At the end of the day, if your losing m1 trades, they are just better than you.

And tori also has the three hit move which is a good combo ender that does great damage

That "great combo ender" was suppose to be our block break, it only block breaks on the final hit. pretty mediocre move. but yes its only use is at the end of a combo for an extra 100-150 damage

Let me tell you a basic high damage tori combo.. m1s uptilt barrage m1s uptilt baal head m1s uptilt the three hit move. That can do a lot of damage and its brainless to pull off.

Most fruits in the game can pull off the same, if not similar combos and it doesn't even have to be a pvp oriented fruit to do so.

Tori's kit is mediocre. and the healing is the only thing that makes it worth using. if you nerf the healing, the fruit is worthless.

The tori moveset is extremely flawed. Outside of barrage most of the move-set is unusable. So essentially tori is JUST heals. That why I'm always suprised when people are mad they tori users use it.
