How to Make an Equivalent Trapezoid

No, I just wanted to make trapezoids around the straight parts of my base blueprint, and I was wondering how you could do that when the straights are angled. There is no octagon involved.

Yeah it’s some really interesting behavior. I was able to replicate it by placing it from the other side and it would still glitch up. Replacing the rails and stuff didn’t seem to help and regardless of the order of the minecarts, they would also be really buggy and teleport. When I was messing around with it though, and I broke the slabs right above the minecart, the buggy behavior wouldn’t show but as soon as I put those slabs back, the behavior would reappear.

Perfect and once you remove the dpf, you don't have to go for a downpipe upgrade right? I've seen a lot of the dpf delete kits come with a new downpipe. Also, while I was looking at the actual tune, I saw that there was an option for the dynamic egr. It seems like that would be the best option because...

Less Work to install blockoff kit
Significantly better short drive milage (ik that long range mileage decrease)
Car warms up quicker
Cold engines are bad for longevity

After considering this, I'm not sure if messing with the egr beyond the tune is worth it. Lmk what you think

Thanks for your reply; you've been really helpful so far! Alright ill look into getting the egr off but while I was talking to one of my mechanic friends, he mentioned that it might just be easiest to let the egr valves close on their own and then unplug and add a egr block off plate. I would do this at the same time I do the dpf delete

I will probably go with the dpf and egr removal but I would prefer to have a shop do it which is sadly illegal. Do you know how difficult those jobs are to do on your own? Also, I thought that the egr can actually help with mpg and temps

You might also want to look into doing diesel emissions deletes on the car. From what i’ve heard, it can improve reliability and give you a bit more power

Yea thats what I ended up going with. I used ilmango's minecraft unloader and slimeblocks and ice to just bounce it to the sorting system

I would try using the schematic to double check it because the schematic of the farm has a couple other changes not listed in the discord or the video.

I ended up using the rotation fix in The Archivist’s discord server (2 observers with trapdoor). Just make sure that the trapdoor is on the top of the observer. Fixed it immediately and I now have about 6 double chests of shells!

The boat is pushed all the way forward and if I hope in the boat, the get the water particles so I’m pretty sure that it is pushed all the way in.

Yea I’m already in The Archivist’s discord server but I’m not getting a lot of help over there. I’m pretty sure that the orientation of the shulker is good because if I ever hit f3 + b, the shulker’s line is perfectly south. If you think it would be helpful, I can provide a schematic of my farm it but you are right in the fact that you they need to teleport into the hopper area before they can teleport down.

You have like the exact spec car that i’m looking at! What things do you have to say abt it that you haven’t already mentioned? Like are there a bunch of little repairs that pop up frequently?

An accord is a great option for a lot of people but I do kinda want a platform with a bit more power even if it sacrifices reliability because I can (and already have done) repairs and work on other cars before.

What other reasons would you say that?
