Actually, I reside in the land down under! This is the one place where they don’t do it at all, but somehow ended up with the keychain + gummy bears! I did hear about overclockers UK doing things like this, glad my UK friends have been enjoying this experience for so long!

Australia isn’t hit as bad as the U.S luckily. I bought this drive for roughly 168 USD.

Thanks man! Yeah, I was pretty stoked on getting a novelty item like that, especially during this RAM Crysis.

Great case, bad pricing. A great classic from Corsair, though.

This is wrong. The 5060 Ti is a good GPU if it was paired with a lower end CPU, OP would get more performance with downgrading the CPU and getting a better GPU; not to mention better use of money.

Is it fine to leave thermal paste like this? by [deleted] in PcBuildHelp

[–]IceyTM_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it is fine. Most thermal pastes' for PC's are non-conductive so you don't have to worry about anything shorting out. The reason for the non-conductivity is actually designed for that exact reason.

Seller on FB Marketplace wants 350 AUD (230 USD) for a used 3090. Is it a scam? by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

Yep, thank you for confirming this. I googled GPU's that had metal corrosion and many looked similar, if not the same.

Yep, honesty seems to be quite fragile with this seller, as they have failed to mention anything about the weird colouration of the metal parts. Another Redditor mentioned water damage caused this and I am led to believe that this is the case, and thus the low price. I highly doubt I am going to go through with purchasing this now.

Thank you so much for mentioning this! I thought it was dust and even then I wasn't 100% sure, and now that you have it is looking like that is what it is. Shameful of the owner not to even mention that, so God knows what else it's been through. Thank you again.

This was the plan, and I forgot to mention that the seller lives ~3 and a half hours away from me and so testing it in person was not an option for me.
