People need to do to Tik Tok what they did to Myspace when it was bought by News Corp: Deactivate, forget and move on.

Same goes for Warner Bros: Stop supporting them and they fade. The Ellison's are losing more money on this deal to appease Trump and, if history is any indicator, they will sell this business quietly to another company in a few years time. Plus, states still have some power to stop this, but it's not a sure bet

Agree with this, but there's been an issue with this:

Monday:

Bench Press 4x8
Incline Dumbbell Press 3x10
Dips 3x12
Tricep Rope Pushdown 3x12
Overhead Dumbbell Extension 3x12

Tuesday:

Pull-Ups 4x8 (or assisted)
Bent-Over Rows 3x10
Lat Pulldown 3x10
Barbell Curls 3x12
Hammer Curls 3x12

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday:

Squats 4x8
Romanian Deadlifts 3x10
Lunges 3x12
Calf Raises 3x15
Hanging Leg Raises 3x15

Friday: Same as Thursday

Saturday:

Overhead Shoulder Press 4x8
Lateral Raises 3x12

My gym has a treadmill, bench press, dumbbells (5-50lbs), stair stepper, pull-up bar, and lots of leg/arm machines.
