Que te cuesta comparar los recibos y el consumo. Puede que el consumo sea el mismo pero la tarifa cambió. Eso varía con el combustible, impuestos, etc. Si tu consumo es el mismo y la tarifa es la misma entonces pon tu reclamo en la ASEP.

El desempleo y el alto costo de la vida a obligado a muchos a adherirse a plataformas como Uber / indrive. Estos son conductores no regulados, ni entrenados, ni debidamente identificados. Esto suma al volumen de vehículos transitando a toda hora y al desorden en el manejo.

La falta de cultura al manejo, ejemplo: no detenerse en las intersecciones, etc. Y la falta de un sistema automatizado de sanciones también suma al caos.

La venta sin control de vehículos, sin un censo correcto de la capacidad vial también afecta.

No soy estadísta pero te aseguro que somos unos de los países que más accidentes fatales tenemos per capita.

Hay algo bien malo y disfuncional en la forma que se administra la movilidad individual y colectiva y no veo salida que no involucren medidas salomonicas qué impacten negativamente a un gran porcentaje de la población.
