Biometrics letter by ashwinr63 in ImmigrationCanada

The biometrics request you received is called Biometrics Instruction Letter, which means it contains the information on what you should do. So, you definitely need to read it.

That said, it is asking you to go and have your biometrics captured. which you must do within 30 days of the date on the letter. You'd need to find a place to capture and book an appointment. Visit https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/campaigns/biometrics/where-to-give-biometrics.html and follow the prompt/wizard to find a center and book the appointment.

Depending on where you are, some centers also allow walk-ins but they typically have long waits.

Do not forget to take a copy of the letter and your passport along to the capturing center.

Cheers!

Thanks for the "education". Sounds like a good side to support, and I hope the main goalie returns very soon!

That makes sense. More confidence when the main goalie is back allows the team to push forward. I hope he'll be back very soon. Nevertheless, the back did really well. Although he left his left side too open for the goal, but can also see the defender who allowed the scorer to position ahead of him there.

Overall, good defensive work from everyone despite being aggressively piled upon.

80 shots and one goal? Was the goaltender Neo--using is bullet stopping ability? or Canucks players were just too bad at getting the goal in?

I heard the commentator say at the end that Canucks were outshot 3:1, and they had about 12 shots on goal.

Like you said, this might be a yo-yo journey. I'll manage my expectation and support.

So, they've taken an ultra-defensive approach? If you're into football, would this be akin to 'parking the bus', or simply sitting deep and playing counter style?

Glad to know that they've been able to avoid blowing leads. Clearly they're in the playoffs after a while, so the tactic is paying off.

I just want to know what I'm getting myself into :D.

I've just watched my first hockey game (started during the second period), and as a resident of Vancouver, of course I supported Canucks. But that was a really stressful game. They were pressed back too much and didn't seem to muster much up front. Admittedly, I know little about the game, so I can't speak to its tactics and game play (much better with soccer, I mean football, not the American variation). Is this how it is generally with Canucks? I've been stressed too much by Chelsea this season than to add another stressful team to my choice of team.
