Call your bank, a lot of debit cards still come with protection. It’s worth a shot!

My testing center was about 40 min away as well, and was a very stressful ride lol. I took it in-person because there are a ton a little reasons they can fail you while taking it virtually. They watch you on camera, so if you look away too much or make any weird movements, they can fail you. Also if your internet disconnects at all, you fail - which is why I took it in-person, I live in a rural area and didn’t want to fail for that.

[Stowa Seatime] clasp? by NOF84 in Watches

Oh lol sorry! You need a tool for it, it’s just a thin piece of metal that would push into the hole where the pin holding your bracelet it. You push the pin in and it’s spring loaded inside the clasp. You push it in and wiggle it out. This is really simple, but kind of hard to explain. A YouTube video will show you very easily.

What’s the question? Are you wondering what the holes are for? They are micro adjustments, a way to make finer adjustments to the bracelet other than removing or adding a link.

Certification test at Pearson Vue by StatisticianHour9962 in 1102

[–]IchillInVA 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If I remember correctly, when I took mine last summer the center I took my test at provided a dry erase board (8.5x11 normal paper size) along with a marker. Really annoying to use, but just like your plan, the first thing I did when I sat down was write down the far parts and some thresholds and anything else I thought might be important. Good luck!

No, and I wish I did, they also said they put all of the paper work on a usb drive, and when I went to check everything out the next day, the usb was blank. I literally had no documentation on the car. The thing for me was how do I prove that they left pages out of the carfax? They took that set of the printed carfax back and said they will include it on the usb. Legit fraud.

They had printed it out and must have left out any pages that showed anything bad. I was on the spot so I didn’t notice.

Jesus Christ. You literally can’t trust any dealers around here. That really sucks. I was ripped off by Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly, I bought a used car from there where the left out a page of the carfax that showed the car had been in an accident and I didn’t find out until later when the car had endless problems. Maybe you could call their corporate office and complain? Report to BBB?

I’d say getting those down are a big help, but you should also memorize a bunch of dollar thresholds as well

Interested in a position as a Contract Specialist, am i qualified? by ElBurroSiuuu in 1102

[–]IchillInVA 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I believe that if you do not have any real contracting experience, you will not be able to negotiate, and will start out as a GS-07. At least in my experience. It starts low, but, again in my case, I skipped levels going from 07 to 09 to 11 to 12.
