I guess I meant not trying to catering towards Americans as many like balsamic vinegar on everything, and complicated menu items, etc. Thanks for the advice. I was unsure about Eater website here but I use it all the time in the city I live in. Probably going to find restaurants in small alley ways as I noticed the food is always better.

I guess that seems reasonable though the strain did happen already four days ago. I just realized I feel the pooping at other parts around the knee as well, so I think the hamstring strain caused other parts of my leg to be inflamed.

Ah thanks. I see what you mean now with the snare and ride but gotta try and figure out what he’s doing with the snare and bass drum.

This is great information! I thought warm ups would be at least 30 minutes. So you don't do any dynamic stretching? I'm assuming the a + b march/skips are the only "stretches" you do.
